Mobile Proxy or Datacenter proxy for IG - CPA spam?

I've heard from a couple of experienced CPA users that mobile proxies are better for IG now. What do you think?

I get like blocks at least 90% of the time when using datacenter proxies, but no problems with follow/unfollow if I get to warm the accounts properly.
If you can afford it, 4g proxies are definetely better
