I’m planning to launch a proxy server soon with 200–300 LTE SIM cards from Germany, Poland,,Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Mixed operators.
What price per 1 GB of traffic could I offer to stay competitive in the market?

i think u can start with a monthly flat rate for easier management and kickstart. hourly charges will require more sophisticated software and also be more expensive. may i know which software you are intending to use to manage the modems? and what will you use for billing and client management?

For mobile LTE proxies, competitive rates usually range $2–$4 per GB in Europe.
If you sell bulk packages or commit traffic, you can go lower ($1.5–$2/GB) to attract clients.
Pricing also depends on stability, rotation speed, and support quality.
 
You can set competitive prices around 3–5€/GB for volume customers.

so a small pool of ips ?
 
I would say you would need to increase the number of IPs in your pool.
 
A 5G SIM card with unlimited traffic and EU roaming is sold for €10/m in Germany.

I might be wrong but I doubt your business model will sustain.

$2-3 is normal, but if you want competitive, go for $1 per gb or $0.50 as a promo offer.
 
Honestly with that setup, you should be able to position yourself somewhere in the middle of the market. The mix of countries and operators is a big plus, so if the quality is solid you probably don’t need to compete with the cheapest providers
 
Mobile proxies are sold on the market with unlimited data, not limited capacities. Unlimited internet is loaded onto the SIM card. If you want to charge per usage, I think you should sell a rotating residential proxy service.
