Ones that provide IP rotation with a decent quality of IPs across the board. Usually, IP pools don't matter for residential IPs you get on mobile proxies because of how they work, but you still need to make sure the IPs you get are different with each request in case you need that sort of thing.
I'd say quality matters - most mobile proxies are between $70-150 /mo for real mobile proxies. that's just the nature and cost from a proxy provider, it's hard to get below that.
