Does anyone know of a good mobile proxy provider that rotates ips reliably? I’m with one now but the ips constantly stop rotating. Or any alternatives?

Plenty of 4g proxy services expose an IP rotation API if you want control over when the IP rotates. They usually provide a link in their dashboard by the proxy entry that you can click to rotate or they'll share the spec for hitting the api yourself. Scan market place postings for verbiage like "IP rotation link" or "IP rotation API". Note that they will have a limit on how often you can rotate 1) Because it just takes some base amount of time to get assigned a new IP (maybe 15 seconds) 2) Some mobile ISPs don't like too many rotations coming from the same spot 3) It's rough on their hardware, particularly physical phones. So yeah, expect manually initiated rotations to be "idempotent" over some minimum time window, but it offers the control you might be looking for.
