Incentivized? Or non-incent? What's the likely geographic makeup of the installs? How many can you push?

Depending on your answers, I might be interested. Large budget. No caps. But the installs have to be real, and reasonable quality.
 
Real people on real iPhones. Must supply a link that has a download page or dowloads directly. Traffic will know they are downloading something. Mostly United States.
