yea i tried creating a new widget. I usually hate asking questions like this because i prefer to try and research things myself. but i cant see the option anywhere.
 
Just checked. They don't have the option. They do have mobile offers though. It works like how you want them to. They get a text, they submit the PIN, and your content unlocks for them. Just go to the Widgets tab, select the widget you want to modify and click Modify Surveys.
