Hello, everyone! I'm new to Twitter and want to try promoting NSFW content here. I have some questions about which account format will work best—mobile anti-detection + mobile proxy or desktop version + ipv4. How much attention does Twitter pay to this? Thank you!

P.S. I created a new account with an IPv4 proxy on Gmail and got banned after 10 minutes, even though I didn't do anything except search.

The setup (mobile + proxy or desktop + IPv4) doesn’t really matter. X mainly looks at account trust and creation signals, not the device type.

New accounts-especially NSFW ones-are under heavy scrutiny. Getting banned within 5–10 minutes “for doing nothing” is common. What matters is IP reputation, email reputation, and overall fingerprint, not actions like searching.

Bottom line: it’s not a setup issue. The account is new and low-trust, and NSFW accounts hit filters faster and harder.

The reason you got banned in 10 minutes is that IPv4 Datacenter proxies are essentially "blacklisted on sight" by X in 2026. Using them with a new account is the fastest way to trigger a permanent suspension.

It's difficult to create these with a phone. They can write device information and even data that can't be erased from the disk. You don't have that many permissions on a desktop. This means you can commit even more fingerprint spoofing.
