mobile optimized offers, ALL countries traffic

looking for 1st page conversion offers that accept traffic from ALL countries that's at least over 1$.. and the LP is mobile optimized.

I've looked through maxbounty, and ads4dough but have only found 1 offer to use so far.. I need 2 or 3 more if possible.

anybody on a network you can recommend that has more offers that accept traffic from all countries?

I am Ahmed from AboveMax and I was working with Dimitry. I have a bill of $500+ which was sent to Dimitry and he delayed it that it is sending this week next week but didn't send it and then disappear. I dropped mail on your contact form of your website and so far no reply.
Do you guys to sort this out or just want to leave it as it is ?
