Mobile Gaming Joint Venture

Hey Guys,
I am looking for a developer to JV with me. Preferably with experience in the following:
a) Game Development
b) Experience with creating games on Android
c) Ad network integration
Potential to generate close to $10000/month/game+
You do not need any graphics skills. I have people that can create any designs that are required.
You will create the game and I will market it.
This is an app I marketed before.

In order to hire a decent developer I need to invest close to $5k/month on just salaries.
However, if I JV with one I dont have to pay them a salary but I can pay them a percentage of profits which is enticing to some devs.

This + people are generally more motivated when they receive a part of profits.

I spend tons of hours to create the app. You point me to your designers you found on bhw/elance to integrate the design. And you spend a few minutes of your time creating fb/adwords ads alternatively hiring a bunch of 3rd worlders creating blog posts?

What sort of deal is this?

What would happen if the project doesn't pans out? How are you compensating the developer given the input shares were not equal?

Are you making games manually (in Eclipse, etc.) or exist a service which help you to make them on autopilot?

LOL. You have absolutely no knowledge on mobile marketing do you? So please dont talk.
It doesnt take a few minutes to setup a marketing campaign. It takes a lot more than that.
There are 3 types of developers in the world.

A) Make very awesome games that the world will love but ABSOLUTELY fail in marketing.
B) Make very awesome games that the world loves and are now super rich because they know how to market
C) Shitty developers

Now if you are a developer, you are spending a lot of time coding and you obviously dont have time to learn marketing.
I launched an app with a developer which got an offer of 10k after only 2 months. The app was made in 2 DAYS. Yeah this is the kind of deal that makes developers and marketers BOTH rich.

Now if you have never marketed an app before please dont comment further on this thread.

Moreover, this is a joint venture and not a freelancer thread. I am investing my own money into building and marketing the app. With any venture there is a risk of failure. That's common sense. However, that is the reason this is not a job offer. There are some risks and the potential to create a very awesome passive income flow.
