Mobile desktop country redirect script

Guys what are you using as script to filter mobiles from desktop and filter countries ? Let's say you want to work with CPA's

Well to be honest, i lost my damn script lol !!!
I had a cool one that could redirect the surfer depending of the device used (mobile) or PC and could redirect them depending of their countries.
So if the guy was using an iphone from USA, well he got served something that works with Iphone and targeted at Americans.
Or, guy's using a PC from Canada, well he got something that works for PCs and Canada
etc...
All i had to do is change the offer urls accordingly

Can't find it on my PC, Laptop and USB key

Well, I'm looking for some similar self hosted script to. I was searching this few weeks ago, but didn't find anything useful. What I found was free service, promoted somewhere here on forum, which can do the job, it's called monojump.
