Mobile CPA that would works wonders.

Do you know if there is any mobile CPA offer that wouldn't send a text message with price tag in it? Only the PIN.

I would also be interested in those who write their price, but don't talk about the topic of subscription.

If nobody knows such CPA offers, can someone just tell me how you guys test this things? For instance: I would like to see what sms a visitor gets when he enters his number. Is there a way around this? Maybe some kind of service that let you "rent" a mobile number for a few minutes?
