Mobile Chrome Showing AdBlock Warning Without Installed AdBlock

I’ve recently been browsing a website on my phone using Chrome, but I keep getting a message saying that I have AdBlock enabled. The strange thing is, Chrome for mobile doesn’t support extensions like AdBlock, so there shouldn’t be anything blocking ads.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to fix or bypass this false AdBlock detection on mobile browsers?
