sensortower, google keyword tools, see what is trending and you can use that,.. really depends on what kind of app you want to create / what is your purpose. PM me if you want some help with apps.. i have +40 apps on ios.. quit my job and only making apps.. and lovin it =).

this site have a play store category, where you can search for keyword

also you can try-- searchman.com

with this you can see the keyword of an app and the search volume
