    Hy.

What it will be a price for a mobile application that can scan documents (ex CamScanner) and send them to email or my server with some few details provided by the user?

    IOS and Adroid.

    Thank you.

it can vary vastly - the easiest way (and free) to find out is to create a job posting on upwork or elance, offer like $100 or whatever and see what offers you will get.Than do some research on the people who applied for the job and talk to a few on skype. This way you'll get completely free multiple quotes and if you find somebody at your price range and you feel comfortable working with - hire them

I think that the cheapest way you could get that done, with outsourcing freelancers, would be around $1000. Then it can go high up to $40000 - it really depends on the quality of the coders creating your app and the actual tecnical specs of it.

It would cost roughly around $1000 with Upwork-esque freelancers and another $50-$200 per month to get a CDN or VPS to keep the service alive.
