IN THAT CASE YOU NEED SCALE AUTOMATIC APP.
This app has to come with Google Engine platform scalable to web apps and mobile backends. to provides you with built-in services and APIs, like a NoSQL data store, memcache, and a user authentication API, common to most apps in other for the Engine to scale your app automatically when traffic picks up, and scale down automatically so you only pay for the resources you use. That i build with a code, all you need it upload the code on Google and Google will manage your app. There are no servers provision or maintenance is needede for that.
