Mobile app that only redirects to mobile site

Is it possible to create an app (android / iOS) that when you open it, it only redirects to mobile website ?

I am asking this because I start selling mobile websites to restaurant and pizzerias in my area and some business ask me to provide them with an app instead of a website. Si I want to create a "fake" app with their logo in icon. Which only redirects to a mobile website !

Does anyone know how to do this ? Can you point me to any website explaining this ? "I already looked in google and found nothing precise" It is hart to make a search term from this concept.

Yes you can but apple never will approve so simpe app,you need to add more functions

Yes with android you will not have a problem.no your app must be on appstore for that

I recently started selling mobile sites as well. I think the apps have a lot of potential upside as well though. Mobile site is my basic package and the app is the complete package. If you want I can create apps for you to offer to business. I would also like to discuss our business as well.
