Do you know any research tool to check competition and demand for a mobile app focusing on android platform?

I have tried https://keywordtool.io/ but it is just a junk.

Do you know the method to see how apps are getting downloads or see their ads campaign? Can you suggest any course or tutorial to get into Mobile App marketing?
