Correct me if Im wrong. Assuming I have proper budget to spend, can i buy iaps in my own app (using different account/s) which will uplift me in top grossing ranking which provide me more organic downloads?
What am I missing here?

Considering this is playstore, google doesn't care about IAPs (well atleast I haven't seen much ranking differences cause of it). What it does care about are app downloads and reviews.
 
Maybe buy keyword installs and reviews it may help for ranking

Im talking about top grossing charts where you really have to have big spending inapp.

How inapp purchases can impact ranking? I don't see how beside if the app is paid and not free
The Top Grossing ranking (which i assume is based on revenue). Not Top Free (which is based on downloads)

No. Ranking are per country. Topping india will do nothing with US, and basically you'll burn money.
Buying iaps in US will rank me in US, so organically can get more potential spenders.
 
i dont think this is feasible. Also doubt the top grossing chart is only based on the revanue.
 
I think this is not a bad idea, I believe Google boost apps generating revenue because they get revenue too, I have the theory that if your app done well on sales/subscriptions/iap Google will think your app it's good for users, so good that they pay you and because all it's business, G want apps that help they generate more revenue. I don't think this works like that, (artificially boost sales) but I really believe that sales are a strong ranking factor.

and the best thing is that 70%/85% is coming back to me :)
 
mobile marketing in app stores is really saturated and dominated by the top apps owned by billion dollar companies. youd have to have a massively large scale automated system in place to replicate the level of IAPs that big apps have.
this is all assuming that rankings are even based on no. of IAPs anyway
 
if you want keywords ranking for your app then best way to go with boostmyapp.top they deliver real install from people . you can try to boost your app ranking
