Mobile App Hosting

I have developed an app for android and iPhone, the android version is uploaded to android market and is fine, the iPhone version keeps getting rejected by apple for objectionable content etc
Is there a way I can host the app myself on a site and make it available for FREE download?
If this is possible would we still be able to integrate iAds or maybe adMob?
