mobile app dev - imacros(or like it) for mobile?

Hi ,
is there a way to create a automation tool for mobile that will act like imacros with the power to set the phone to turn off, then turn back on 1 hour later so the ip changes?

The problem is if you turn the phone completely off, then the automation tool will no longer be running to turn it on again.

There is an Android app called 'automate' that you can use to turn off just the data connection and turn that back on an hour later.
