Mobile App Designer/Website Designer Needed

My name is Stav. I have many mobile application ideas as well as website ideas that I am looking to have made for me. I am looking for somebody very experienced in these fields. I would pitch my idea but I've been told by countless people and professors that it is a great idea so I don't really want to release it to the forum. I may be looking in the wrong places, but I am in need of someone who's capable of these fields of coding.
