If I make mobile and PC tutorials without US accent, will I get good views from USA. These topics are searched a lot in all countries but will those people watch content from a creator who does not share same accent ?

A lot of people can use google read but the video still has many views, it's important that your video content is attractive
 
Accent doesn't necessarily mean US viewers won't be attracted to your video. The quality, relevance, and value of your tutorials influences the attitude of your viewers than your accent.
 
People prefer own accent, but some are open to others. As long as your words are understandable you can still get good views.
 
YouTube considers both factors of the country from which you're publishing and the spoken language. Your video will be shown mostly to people from your country.
 
yes, if is a good quality video if you are able to explain well your self and solve everyone concern about the cellphone or PC you will be ok.
