MNS. Should I?

Hello BHW,
i've stumbled upon a theard from a fellow BHW member selling Micro Niche Sites. 1 MNS Costs $30, 3 cost 80$.Keyword with1500+ global searches, $2 CPC, 4x500words articles I know i should look for reviews in the OP's thread but there aren't any giving me the answer i need.
My question is: In what else do i have to invest ( linked to those MNS ) to generate $30/m? Except for providing a host and domains... LikeSEO, Content?

You will not start ranking the next day... Yes you will also have do Proper SEO to it and also Add few more articles slowly...

Atleast making it 15-20 page site or more will help.

I have an opinion of mine though.

Do not buy cheap service here since they pretty much just resell crappy MNS from site like flippa.com
I tried a few times and it is definitely better to do it on your own.Harder but much better compared to leaving it to guys you do not know.
