Hello BHW,
i've stumbled upon a theard from a fellow BHW member selling Micro Niche Sites. 1 MNS Costs $30, 3 cost 80$.Keyword with1500+ global searches, $2 CPC, 4x500words articles I know i should look for reviews in the OP's thread but there aren't any giving me the answer i need.
My question is: In what else do i have to invest ( linked to those MNS ) to generate $30/m? Except for providing a host and domains... Like SEO, Content?

Thank you.

Quality articles - you could spend time writing this yourself or outsource it.
Traffic - could be SEO or paid advertising.

There's so many things required.

Unique articles. It takes me ~30 minutes to type out a 600 word unique article on one of my websites. No, I do not offer my services as a writer. My point is the more you write, the more time you put into it, the more content you will have. I like to write days ahead then run my articles through copyscape. A social signal package from a trusted member her could not hurt. As for SEO, if you can, go with GSA SER. They offer a free week of their software.

It's a tough one really, I'm currently sitting on page 1 of Google for 2 MNS. One was bought here and the other was made by me. The one that I made myself is getting a fair amount of traffic each month (it's a low comp keyword), and for the one I bought I've only added one article to it and it's not really brining in any money despite the average 1,500 searches per month.

As with OutOfTown, I can normally do a 600-800 article within the space of 30 minutes, so if there's anything you're needing help on then feel free to ask. Although please note that I don't share my URLs for either either site.
