MNF - Where does it pull it's results from?

I don't really know if MNF is at all accurate I have seen and tried using different free and paid keyword tools and the funny thing is that every tool shows something completely different. I've found a few nice keywords using MNF but when I got to Google AdWords Keywords Tool it shows completely different results for that same keyword.
