MNF Messing up...

Hey is anyone else getting different stats for MNF 5.3.1. I checked one exact key phrase 3 times about 30mins apart and every time it returns results they were different.

Example:
Time 10:23 | key word one | EPC = 39,500 | OCI = 97% | MOB = 0 | SOC 2
Time 11:01 | key word one | EPC = 39,000 | OCI = 99% | MOB = 9 | SOC 0
Time 11:43 | key word one | EPC = 39,900 | OCI = 95% | MOB = 4 | SOC 164

Anyone else experiencing this. This is messed up cause I cant determine whether to go for the niche or don't go for it.

MNF has been buggy ever since google's last update.

I am waiting until they finally fix the software, before I
use it again. They keep having updates to the software,
but it's still not working right.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I used to really depend on mnf but I don't trust it right now. Hopefully they'll get it running right.

I agree, I dont have that same level of trust in Micro Niche Finder(MNF) and for some reason I dont like to start niche research with Market Samurai. What is usually do is use MNF to find the keyword/phrase and then i explore more with MS.

You can't trust MNF results and last time I complained I was basically told to stfu that there isn't anything wrong with mnf. It hasn't worked right for 2 months now.

If you want to see the BS numbers for yourself just do a kw search, then do a phrase lookup and once it comes up with a number click on the kw phrase and do a google search for exact results. It will open your browser and show you the number mnf shows - BUT - now take that phrase in quotes and drop in a new browser window and do a google search and you'll see when you do the exact phrase search it never matches what mnf does and shows for exact phrase search. I did "car seats for toddlers" and first mnf showed 112,000 for exact phrase. I opened a browser window and dropped the same phrase in google and it showed 42,000 for exact match. So I shut down mnf and restarted it. Re-ran exact phrase on "car seats for toddlers" and it then showed 10,000. So I looked on google and again it showed 42,000. I ran the exact phrase again on mnf and it showed 24,000 the second time.

So basically mnf said 112,000 on exact match, then I restarted and it showed 10,000 on second pass, just reclicked and it showed 24,000 on third pass. I dropped the phrase in google and it always showed 42,000 last week.

This week google shows exact match on "car seats for toddlers" at 415,000 and I just ran mnf 2 seconds ago and it now shows 11,100 for exact phrase match. Do a SOC lookup and green light with 49. Yeah good luck with your green light against 415,000 pages. I wouldn't trust anything mnf shows now. It can't even give you the same results 30 mins apart. Of course Google saying 42,000 last week and 412,000 this week is also a problem. I guess now you just shoot in the dark and hope you hit something.

Yeah. At times, some keywords have appeared to have 0 SOC.

What about the settings for the target country? It has been showing me various result ever since i have used MNF

OK...now adwords keyword tool is not working so MNF is also not working. Does anyone know what is going one with adwords keyword tool and when they gonna be up again?

I HAVE 5.3.3
AND IF I GO DIRECTLY TO ADWORDS WEBSITE AND TRY TO LOAD THE TOOL IT WOULD NOT WORK. IT GIVES ME ERROR in internet explorer, but works perfectly in firefox. So now im thinking its my ie fault..

So I updated to ie8 and now MNF works, but Im now having a bunch of script errors keeps popping up after i entered captcha, any ideas?

Hey guys, i finally got MNF to work but now I noticed my OCI is not working. I keep getting "No Response" whenever I click Get OCI. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is it just me?

my problem with MNF is different. when i brainstormed today i got good green keyword and saw the domain available for .net and i rushed to godaddy only to know that domain has been already registered. i noticed such thing three times from morning.

i get lot script errors too. no offense. just telling what i experienced. MNF is perfect for keyword research before google update. now it is :boring:

I don't think it's MNF's fault:
Microsoft's OCI check server is down.
