MMA, UFC themed website?

Hey guys and gals,

I want to create a website with UFC and MMA content with a store.

A) Should I go with Wordpress, Joomla, other suggestion?

B) Any themes that you think will work for that niche?

I checked out templatemonster.com and dreamtemplates.com but didnt find anything that fit.

Suggestions appreciated//

a) If you have never used a CMS script before, WordPress is a good place to start. Either will work fine though.

b) It's unlikely you will find a premade template with an MMA theme. This is something you will probably have to design yourself/outsource.

Going with wordpress. Any grunge type wordpress themes that you recommend?

just thought i'd post cos i am doing a lot of mma stuff lately,

My business partner goes around UK filming a lot of MMA events and producing their DVD of the event. Consequently i ended up making/hosting their websites too. CagedSteel and Strike&Submit provided the designs and i coded them into themes.

FightFactory however is mine and my partners site, if you need any advice i'd be more than happy to help out.
