MLM Social Network

Hi guys,
I've read a lot of threads on BHW and also thought a lot. Yesterday, my friend called me and said that he has a great one million worth idea. We met and he told me about sort of a pyramid like MMM+social network+MLM game. We discussed a lot and I just wandering how many people could be interested in it.
That's how it's gonna be:
1. You pay the start fee (it'll be based on the level which one will be calculated basing on earlier experience if the person visit us several times)
2. After we receive the payment for example the amount will be 10 EUR, our visitor have to find for friends or random people who will do the same what he does but using first one ref link (or something like that)
3. Visitor will earn 30 EUR from every 4 people he will invite to our project.
4. Result - person spends 10 EUR and get 30 EUR only for inviting people. It means 20 EUR for almost nothing. Plus he gives an opportunity for others to earn money the way he did it.

Also there is going to be many options how to search through the whole system. You will be able to see how much experience have each "player" also chat will be able to and other social network options.
Every one will be able to climb to higher level what will give an option to earn more money (player will add 50 EUR and his profit will be 100 EUR for example) and so on.

What do you think about such and idea?

I hate it. I hate MLM and network marketing ... too scammy and too much bullshit for my tastes.

There used to be a social network that attempted a similar scheme:

They blew through investors' money and didn't get much traction.

I could see and tell you that only product based MLM companies are successful like Amway, RMP etc. where they only share the profits with you and that too they have put the capping on how much you can earn from them. Concept based MLM is declared illegal activity in most of the countries as it promotes money laundering and there is no actual sale and purchase of goods.

When I hear someone tell me about their "new business" and it is MLM...

Buddy don't waste your time with a mlm social network. It will be a social network of broke dumbasses who don't have a clue what marketing or product selling is all about.


Look at this shit, I can't believe idiots fall to such a shitty and cheesy site but they do.
They target retired fat guys who wanna take their stab at becoming a entrepreneur.
