MLA Proxies for Facebook Ad Accounts

Hey guys,
I only have two real accs that are from Mexico.
I was looking to get some proxies for them.
What would you recommend data center or residential?
Which services- I heard luminati was good but am not sure.
Looks like you have to pay through the ear for this

You should always use Residential to avoid being flagged.

for SM accounts, the rule of thumb is usually 4G

Great to know, I am trying to bypass being flagged by facebook on business managers,
so even my 4G personal hotspot is worth a shot right? Anyways i plan on with buying a 4G proxy,

Furthermore I am on mac so i will be using a new mac user to reduce risk of metadata being tracked.
