Mixed WP Posts with Personel Posts in Fan Page

Hi Guys,
I want to know how to mix personnel posting in Fan page Wall with Auto-posting from WP like this website : here is the like : I know she is using some Plugin to post her WP post automatically to the wall but how she can some personnel notes in the top of each post like that?
there is any service that can do that or i have to do it manually by editing each post to the wall of my Fan Page.

Actually they don't seem to be posted through a FB app because usually in this case you see something like "RSS Graffiti" near "Like", "Comment", etc... which is the name of the app which posts the articles automatically.

I'd say she's posting those articles manually.

if you have FB Plugin integrated with WP, you can do that but i am talking about the personal post or wrting above the WP posts in Fan page.
