I'm sad to hear this. Even if I never spoke with him on private I feel that I know him very well. I'll remember him as one of the best mods here. I learned a lot from him. Good luck mate.

Reading some comments, it appears as if he has died rather than simply retired from his duties as mod...
Anyway, I agree with many here. A great mod who used to give valuable answers on the forum, same as @BassTrackerBoats.

Given the lack of presence of mods in the thread, his complete downgrade to Jr VIP, and the comments on his profile, obviously something rather hostile went down behind the scenes.
Normally mods go to Exec or Jr Exec after volunteering for so long.

No they don’t.. they stopped that back when I was staff, so he was never a Jr Exec or Exec so he goes back to Jr VIP if he steps down or whatever’s happened.
I have my own opinions and had for quite some time, but I’ll keep them to myself.
