From your experience working online over the years, what mistakes have you learned?

Running after outdated stuff kills precious time. And updating yourself with what is working now and latest techniques is essential for staying in the game.

My main mistake was starting an online business and invite a friend for start with me for help him for the only reason of he be my friend and I wanted help him, same if he had no skills or money to start an online business

trying to scale to fast before it was proven to be working.

why your mistake was starting an online business

Over the years, I have come to realize the importance of consistent testing and adapting to changes. It's easy to get caught up in trends, but focusing on user intent and keeping strategies simple has yielded the best results. Relying on outdated tools or neglecting a solid content plan can waste time and resources. Ultimately, being flexible and sticking to proven methods works best.

Before starting a deal, make sure you read, understood and agree with that deal's terms.
one of the hard dealing part, and most of people just agree and start.

one of worst thing that you can do, I believe in Friendship that comes after partnership
I don't believe in Friendship that comes before partnership

Well my years of surfing the web and running many online businesses' I've had plenty of mistakes and fallen off my board. My biggest mistake is don't put all your eggs in one basket you have to multitask it out here online.

Always communicate properly and leave nothing to chance.
