If it was due to an error that occurred when deleting the application, then all one need to do is resubmit it in its original form. It could take you 3 day if it took you that much previously.
Yeah, that makes sense. I guess it’s basically the same review process as a new site then. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long.
i have known people who have found themselves in this position due to an unintentional removal of the website. if u have reapplied, my advice would be to ensure the adsense code is set up right nd that the website is crawllable.

Yes this happens sometimes. Unfortunately once you delete a site you have to add it back and go through the entire review process again from scratch. The review usually takes a few days but it can honestly take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the queue.
