Mistakenly deleted my website from Google Adsense

It can happen. If you submit it again, Google checks the page once more. The review usually takes some time, from a few days up to about 2 to 4 weeks. During that period, just wait and confirm that the AdSense code is set up correctly.

Before waiting for the review, check that the AdSense code is working properly and Google can access the site. That is probably the first thing to check after adding the domain again.
