Missing Persons Website/ software

HI I Need Urgent Help!!

My country has seen a rise in the number of missing persons cases and Gender Based Violence.There Are more than 5 women and children Going missing with no trace and some coming up dead later..
I Need A website and software that will post and distribute via social media of missing people. the website will also report on police contact details if ever they have any information and setup search parties while distributing posters..
I Do not have any experience in programming.
Does anyone know of websites i can get such a website which i can edit/ get someone to edit fit my area?

Try HAF section, or hire someone on Upwork, Freelancer. Other than that, you can use Wordpress with additional plugins to share on social media each post you make on Wordpress, under that section. This way you can do it yourself, but it will take some time to learn everything, and do tests.
