Missing Behaviors in Facebook Ads

I've seen that some people have access to more behaviors than me on Facebook ads. For example, I can't target behaviors like automotive, travel, job role etc. I remember being able to target these a few years back but not anymore. I am mainly targeting the USA. Is there a certain option that I need to select or did they remove them completely?
