Hey guys, can I get banned from OnlyFans if I advertise my OnlyFans incorrectly on other social media platforms like Instagram, etc.? Can OnlyFans intervene in that matter if the advertising is happening outside OF? For example, exaggerating what my OnlyFans page contains or even blatantly lying about it? What do you guys think?

I'd say it depends, give more information of what you'd lie about.
The way I see it, this is very hard to enforce and a bad thing for OF to enforce, because you could easily smear a competitor with this method, by pretending to be them and making false promises, and then reporting that.
However if you are legitimately scamming people frequently and complaints are coming in, they're just going to assume you're fucking around and get rid of you to remove the hassle.

Technically, OF won’t step in unless there’s mass complaints, but if you scam too hard, you’ll just get a bunch of angry subs leaking your content everywhere.

No you can't get banned from OnlyFans for advertising in another website! That doesn't even make sense tbh! 99.9% of agencies use their models content on Reddit

Nope, you can't. Great portion of OF users would be banned in that case. For instance, if a female model is "looking for boyfriend" thru OF and "misleading" or "lie" subs about it, she wouldn't be banned for sure.

It's in OF's best interest to get as many traffic as possible in general, source of the traffic is not much important to them, nor they can have much control over it.

Surely not. OF doesn't care how you are bringing traffic to their website. They just want it anyhow.

Yes. You can get account banned for against-TOS advertising outside of their platforms. It is unfair for Onlyfans to enforce but it does happen. They have gotten very strict about it recently.

Yes, you can get banned from OnlyFans if you falsely advertise your content, even on other platforms like Instagram.
If people report you for misleading promotions, OnlyFans might suspend your account or hold your earnings.

OnlyFans usually doesn’t police what you post on other platforms, but if your ads break their terms—like promoting illegal content or scamming people—they could suspend your account. Exaggerating might not get you banned, but lying could hurt your reputation and lead to complaints.

Onlyfans Terms of Service prohibit advertising in specific platforms, such as dating apps.

This is really old thread but I just wanted to share my knowledge on this.

No, they won't ban you. BUT you will face a lot of disputes if someone subscribed to see something that they won't see, and when you have huge dispute percentage you will get banned.

So, not worth it.

Platforms usually don’t ban you for what you do on other socials, but misleading promos can still create issues. Best to stay transparent and follow each platform’s rules to avoid problems.
