So I was looking to buy just over £10 worth of Litecoin without ID verification and I found out on Reddit that I can get it from CoinCorner. I was going to use it to pay for something so I decided to deposit around £10 into the CoinCorner GBP wallet from my debit card. When the money arrived in the GBP wallet I exchanged it for Litecoin into the LTC wallet. All was good thus far. I then to my surprise discover that I am unable to transfer the LTC balance from the LTC wallet to another LTC address. Looking further around their site I find out that they only allow you to transfer from BTC addresses to BTC addresses. I then wanted to see if I can exchange the LTC into BTC and this was not possible, you had to first exchange the LTC into GBP and then from GBP into BTC. I wasn't happy so I thought I'd exchange the LTC into GBP and then just withdraw. To my surprise once again I hit a wall. In order to withdraw what I just debited without any ID verification they were asking me to verify my ID and address for my and their protection against fraud. I thought to myself for fucks sake, what a fucking bullshit service. I only registered with them because apparently they didn't require ID verification, I wasn't there to verify my ID nor did I want to wait until they would do so. So then I thought I'd just exchange the GBP to LTC but after all of the fees from just over £10 I only had about £7 worth of LTC left which wasn't enough for the purchase I was going to make. I got pissed off and thought fuck this site after which I proceeded to delete my account and with that I lost it all.
The problem that I have is that I feel scammed because they called it an LTC wallet. They used the word "wallet" which automatically suggests that this can be used to send/receive balance. Just to make sure I googled it and I came across this:
Yet I was unable to use the LTC wallet to make transactions, so it wasn't a wallet but a balance holding account or something along those lines.
I ended up Googling for reviews and I came across TrustPilot which actually has quite a lot of negative responses about them. People definitely complain about fees and it only makes me think that they've got a little undercover scam going on where they make most of their profits off of fees.

I was stupid though because I should have stayed away from them when my first card blocked the deposit into their GBP wallet. But I needed some Litecoins so I used another card and it worked. Unfortunately not the way I expected it to work.
I don't know what to do now. I feel like telling my bank that I was phished, I will have to wait for a new card but I'd get my money back and could add to the fuck them reviews on TrustPilot and make sure to let Redditors know.
If they didn't call it a fucking wallet I would have definitely not deposited money this easily. What do you guys think? Should I get in touch with my bank or take the loss and move on?

A cryptocurrency wallet is an app that allows cryptocurrency users to store and retrieve their digital assets. ... When a user acquires cryptocurrency, such as bitcoins, she can store it in a cryptocurrency wallet and from there use it to make transactions.
