Mininova Mysql Error

Whenever I try to upload a torrent on mininova it keeps on giving me a Mysql error. Not sure exactly what it means or why I am getting it. I have no issues getting an account and I always clear my cookies and i have tried multiple different proxies and even computers lol. I was just wondering if anyone else has been having this problem and if it has to do with me or mininova.

I had that problem yesterday, but when I uploaded one today, it went through without a problem.

It is really weird..
