Mining data from public database - willing to pay money

Hello!

Till now I searched emails, numbers and name of the owner manually. I typed in on Google Maps certain niches+city. Then I used one or two sites where there is email plus name of the owner.

I need to automatize it and willing to pay for that. Do you know what is the best solution for this scenerio?
