My accounts are phone verified but new. I can get away with posting 5 tweets per day, but I was wondering how much mininum time there should be between the tweets in order to not trigger account lock/phone verification?

There are so many factors are play, that any number you are given is meaningless. If posting 5, then as long as you are not posting 5 in a time frame that a human could not do it doesn't really matter

increase posting frequency until something bad happens.
do 1 less next time.

How many posts do you need?
Actually, this situation is pretty strange because you can post almost every second, but don't abuse it. Also, make sure your mail, etc. is verified and the profile is fully filled.

You can get away with at least double that. Posting isn't considered a very spammy action. Even on Instagram you can get away with posting 10-20x per day without issues (if you do it manually ofc).

i dont think its about how much a human could do, e.g. a human could easily follow 100 accounts in a day with 1 account, however this'd get the account blocked. not all penalties are aimed at bots but simply misdemeanors

moreover, twitter lets one get away with spammy actions for a few days sometimes, however if those spammy actions are done every day, account will face lock

twitter shadow ban and search suggestion ban are mostly based on # of tweets per 24 hours

i reckon posting tweets with short delay between them will prompt phone verification however (which is also bad in my case, cause i dont have physical sim cards to re-verify)

tip: including hashtags or not including them plays a huge role in how many tweets you can post daily

i do use hashtags=less tweets a day

correct, just because you could do XYZ one day, doesn't mean you can do it every day. But generally as a rule, don't do things that are not possible for humans todo, don't annoy, don't spam, keep things realistic, slow and steady and you will generally be ok.
