Minimum reply characters number - Proposition

I propose to provide minimum post reply characters number. For example 250 characters.

Benefits:
-bigger BHW quality
-better BHW SEO
-this will slow down account farmers, who are responding to posts in short time with 2 words
-this will kick this morning spammer, who is posting some links

We don't need timer, we need some minimum characters number.
Want to say something? Do it with quality.

I've reported him today for account farming with 2 words posts in short time, reacted and banned. But there is many guys like that, people not react like me and if he not started writing bullshit in BSTs, nobody would react. In 100+ posts like that we have new Jr.VIP to scam people.

It can be a good idea for new accounts until certain post count is reached. Not for established accounts. A 250 character long reply is simply not needed in many cases.

This was 168 chars.

I think 250 is too much. I hate typing on my phone, so I would probably not even reply while on mobile with that restriction.

I like the suggestion. It will significantly reduce spam but what if i want to ask a simple question like “what do you mean by this?” and quoting a message or “can i have the discount code or samples”.
It need some improvements i guess, not only set a minimum number of characters!

How is this going to be helpful? Hopefully incorporating something like that would serve to negate some of the issues that have cropped up regarding review copy and order placed spam in BSTs without specifically targeting these individuals. Anything that appears like "order placed #07sf9070W3598 ........................... etc" as @AngelSeo pointed out can easily be reported for spam.

It would decrease the number of posts that occur in various sections, yes. But it would also increase the quality of posts. Maybe something like 160 characters, like a tweet. That shouldn't be difficult to muster.
