I dont think the site mentioned is selling REAL poop probably just looks and smells bad.

Real poop can get someone sick if for some reason they touch it. So imagine sending real poop and someone gets ill or god forbid dies, yeah...you will be sued.

Just to add, this method when you send they can see what's in box. You would have to be a dumb ass to start thinking someone just sent you a gallon of truffle... ahahaha .. wow!
 
One of my "competitors/rival" sells dog shit, that's a lil extreme for me...

what he does is have a offline business going around GETTING PAYED to pick up poop, then has his online business selling it and sending to marks.. lol

Dont take this in a bad way, but I should have recognized that you are from the U.S, and that you can sue anybody for anything over there.. When I read you are from Florida, your post made a lot more sense..

No LOL! Of course not but with anything else if you get some on your hands (even if you dont see it) you may contract some sort of illness. For example according to the CDC (center for disease control) toxopasmosis is often contracted when people clean the kitty's litter box. While it does not often make someone physically ill, it CAN cause a pregnant woman to abort the baby or perhaps the child may be born with a defect..If you dont think that might get you a lawsuit, then nothing will.

I would also advise not to send this. Send the poop like this lol

- Put Poop in a ziplock bag

- put your card with domain name on etc, so people know it's a "joke"

- Some people usually out of naturally curiosity will open bag after disgust of seeing it and then also getting a nice overpowering smell ahaha

- For people to start wanting to play with it or touch it is usually out the question after the dreadful smell xD

All Poop has the "potential" to be dangerous, but I did look over the shitsenders site and I am guessing they are not really sending poop at all. I think they are doing something to make it look/smell that way yet be safe...

Only the mad scientist that packs this stuff in the back room knows for sure and he wouldn't tell us, but we do know this, it really smells bad back there, he is mixing up shit, and he does visit the local dairy farm and zoo about twice a week. (We also don't want the delivery company to actually know what kind of shit they're delivering.) We can assure you that it looks nasty and really stinks. It will get the point across to your intended victim.

***EDIT** I am not saying this is not a good idea, on the contrary it is a great idea. Just be careful about it, as I pointed out it is probably not even real poop but some sort of mixture that stinks and looks like poop. Last thing anyone needs is for black hatters to start sending crap all around the world and potentially get someone sick.

I was a foodservice manager and I know that poop makes people sick, I am sure you remember the cases of Norwalk Virus on cruise ship right? Well that comes from HUMAN crap..LOL! Explain that to the passengers!! :)

So it stands to reason that crap in general can carry all kinds of nasty viruses, parasites and the like. I would not be sending that crap out but some reasonable copy prhaps made of putty/play dough with some sort of stinky stuff will do the trick...
