Minimized thread comments

I had around 5 ages accounts with karma warmed up, comments were sticking great for around a month. Now all comments are minimized by default, anyone have any insight as to why this happened and how to prevent it? The accounts aren't banned they just are minimized, assuming its crowd control but wanted to see if anyone could help me prevent this in the future.
