Minimalize/Optimize Windows Server 2008 VPS

Ok any of you other techies out there have any tips for Minimalizing a VPS for speed on a server that only needs ScrapeBox? This might be a good thread to talk about all the thing you can do to squeek all the juice out of your VPS!

I've removed all the services I can think of. I need to setup my Static IP and then remove DHCP!

I've remove all the roles down to the minimum! Is there anything I'm forgetting?
