mini sites noob question

If I make 12 mini sites (about 5000 exact month per keyword) targeting 2-3 words each. (I'm working on that now) And then put a $1 or $1.50 cpa zip summit on them. Assuming the keywords have no competition and I properly do seo so I can bring them up to the top of the page, how much money should I make a month?

It is impossible to say. It is all about how targeted the audience is and how attractive the zip offers will be to your visitors. If I were you I would stay away from those email/zip submits and search for another niche. I have a website with decent traffic which promotes targeted freebie offers.

There are so many variables...
just make sure your offers are relevant to the site and to your visitors, and make sure your content leads them to the click. Once you get ranked, test test test and test some more.

If your niche is related to the offer you are promoting then you can expect more. If not you will earn only pennies. As far my experience the best way to monetize is using Adsense adds.
