Mini Sites for PPC are dead

CDFNetworks: ?Mini Sites for PPC are dead. The problem is, they don?t work anymore. Google, and now even Yahoo and MSN can see right through these sites. Based on the quality scores they are assigning to this type of content, they seem to classify them as thin affiliate site. You may have some mini-sites still running and doing well (I know I do, knock on wood), but eventually their days are numbered.?

What do you think?

yes they are dead,
I always got a very high bid prices in adwords

I add contact us page, TOC page, Disclaimer page, etc, etc and still getting low cost clicks.

Sometime I link it to a relevant article within the site which I just copied from ezinearticles.com.

I hope that is enough for google to see it as "thick" or else I have some hard work to do in the future... hehehe

Also, long tail keywords at the moment are still getting me low cpc although the site is simply one page with the only link out is to the merchant's page.

I think make a landing page based on wordpress blog is better than mini sites,
just my 2 cent

i've seen a dramatic turn in my sites in the past week. for a awhile, i was seeing constant growth, but now i see nothing.

keep in mind my traffic is going up, but i'm getting no clicks or low paying clicks

surprisingly, the only sites doing well are my yacg sites.....my blogs are dead
