Does anyone use this forum? How are you able to place ads? Somehow I can't add any ads to my forum and at this point( a relatively new site) should I switch forum structures?

I use it. You can put ads on Mingle Forum>Ads

I am having the same issues, the forum>ads will work if i just use plain text. but when I input html for affiliate nothing appear on the site.

I have overcome this by having a widget areas above and below and using easy columns to place adds either side of the forums plugin.

Yes i use the widget areas above and below to add mine with the 'Quick Adsense' plugin (great plugin)
