Recently, I noticed that for the past two years or so, many YouTube and Facebook videos received millions of views within a few days of being posted.

If you know, please share. How do they get so many views?

Their video content attracts customers. At the same time, they use advertising to help more people access that content.
 
You should be famous or at least got lots of followers to be able to get your videos viewed by millions. There is no magic to it.
 
There are many famous content creators with millions of subscribers and when they post videos, they immediately get millions of views. It's all because of their high-quality and entertaining content.
 
it could be a couple things. if someone like mr beast post a video it will get millions of views because he has millions of subscribers. if its a random channel its possible they spent money on ads. The third option is it went viral somewhere else like twitter, facebook,reddit, ect.
