The largest single invoice that I have ever raised is for $25000. My pea brain is unable to come up with ideas on what digital product/service I can offer to be able to raise million dollar invoices.

Available Resources:
2 hard working computers and a monster xeon server.
Me, a linux girl, a content girl and a php guy.
A bit of cash

Limitations:
Can't work with too many people.
Can't handle mundane and boring work.
Can't offer a $5 service and make 250k people buy it

Would like to hear what ideas you guys might have.

Fine Print: The replies this thread gets could end up motivating the noobs asking how to make $10 a day to up their game, so please reply responsibly.

How about app development or custom ecommerce website development?

Running profitable sites can probably be sold for a million dollars. Would anyone shell out a million dollars just for development?

Find bigger clients. Website design is a good one - there’s clients out there with a $200 budget, there’s clients out there with a $5k budget and there’s clients out there with $500k budget.

Ive seen web developers who don’t take on projects of less than $250k in value. You just need to find those clients and provide them with what they need.

I say just, obviously it’s not that easy and I don’t know how to do it, or I’d be doing it myself. But I have already moved a few tiers up the ladder in terms of average client size and I will say that you have to turn down smaller work and leave some clients behind because you can’t market yourself to the guy that wants to pay $200 and the guy that wants to pay $20k because they’re both looking for something completely different.

Exactly, you just have to find the right clients.

https://sussexroyal.com/ was made for a couple 100k, if I recall correctly. (Couldn't find any source right now)

a linux girl
My favourite type of girls.

I think you won't be able to invoice 1 million with only a 4 people team. You have to do big things to charge big money. To do big things you need more people.

Add talents to your pool and do big things :)

This site I believe was upwards of $250k - https://www.visitphilly.com/
This website I guess is too much for a $250k rate, but the client has the money for it and the designer managed to negotiate at this point so great for them

This is another interesting company to look at - they’re a design agency but they target high-end and celebrity clients - https://ultrabrand.com/
This group is plain smart. Talk about niching down loool

Imagine working there.. I am part of the 'happy cock' lol

Imagine owning the company..
I own a 'happy cock' :p

Better than owning an unhappy one :p

To some people though, that’s a small amount of money. It’s all relative to what you consider a small, medium and large investment and just as it can be too expensive, equally it can be to cheap and that makes you think that the provider isn’t offering the type of quality that you are looking for.

That’s why I think you have to just charge for your services according to the type of client that you want. Accept that you’ll lose clients looking for something lower in cost and hold out for the bigger clients.

Simple. Yearly SEO services to big companies that need PBNs and such. Maybe combined monthly services. 1M invoice is a high ammount but nothing is imposible.
